We have a fleet of over 500 concrete cutting machines ,an optimized dedicated labour force and engineers to tackle procedural execution of pavement quality concrete groove cutting, sealing/re-sealing as well as special repair works.

Our Team shall cater to the following services on contract basis :

1) Initial Cutting in concrete pavement

Depth : 100mm

For PQC depth of 300 mm

Machine used : Elcon-Make-Diesel M/c Attachment EL-I.C.B

When : After the initial setting of concrete is achieved

Why : To induce CRACKS in the pavement as to form individual blocks/panels which shall function as separate entities

2) Final Cutting in concrete pavement

Depth : 25mm

For PQC depth of 300 mm

Machine used : Elcon-Make-Diesel m/c Attachment EL-F.C.B

When : As adviced by our/your site engineers

Why : To form sealant reservoir for application of liquid cold pour or solid seals

3) Sealing of Pavement Joints

We have a organized labour team that specializes in the application of sealant at a rapid pace in order to save time and ensure humanely quality. These men are trained for proper tool utilization and apt application so as to minimize the wastage of sealant in the process of application. We specialize in application of neoprene pavement seals

4) Kerb/Asphalt/DLC Cutting

For : Concrete kerbs laid for median formation. Also can be used in drain cutting, Asphalt cutting and DLC cutting

Machine used : Elcon-Make Diesel-Attachment.Kerb/Asphalt

5) Full Depth Cutting

For a depth of 300 mm to 600 mm

Machine used : Elcon-Make-FDC Diesel

Why : Full Depth Cutting shall be adapted when a panel is subjected to cracking due to various reasons and needs to be replaced

By using FDC, the recovered concrete shall be recycled and recasted thereby saving cost. Further the method doesn’t damage neighbouring structures like hydraulic breaker

6) Re-Texturing of Pavement Surface

This is done to increase the surface friction or traction between the pavement and the vehicle. It also caters to proper hydroplanning.

Re-texturing specifications and methodologies differ for runways,roads and factory floorings. We have successfully executed Re-texturing jobs at various airports and
road networks falling under the golden quadilateral.

By Re-texturing the surface one does not only increase the life and usability of the pavement surface but also ensures proper safety and brake feasibility of the end user.

7) PQC Crack Repair Using Elastomeric Concrete

This is the simplest and quickest method to treat cracks in concrete

Superficial cracks on Concrete surface are subjected to treatment using specially engineered elastomeric concrete

Traffic can be relocated over surface in less than 12 hours of application

8) PQC Crack Repair Using Complex Methodologies

If cracks exceed a specific thickness then we should treat them using complex methodologies like dowel bar stitching and pressure grout technique.

It is vital to chose a repair methodology that not only arrests cracks in a structure but also disallowes any probability of crack development n the long run

9) Grouting works in Dams and Tunnels

We undertake special grouting works in DAMs and Underground or surface Tunnels/Pipelines. We have successfully completed grouting works at TANSA Dam and Underground
Pipeline under DawiDAG Ltd Mumbai

10) Waterproofing of Structures
